Witch Hazel Extract

Witch hazel is a plant-based topical ingredient extracted through steam distillation from the bark and leaves of the witch hazel plant.

Witch hazel extract is a natural toner with anti-irritant properties. The most common use is to remove excess oil deposits in the skin and to clean and shrink pores by dissolving any debris, giving immediate results of a glowing, smoother complexion.

It is also used to relieve inflammation and treat acne, eczema and psoriasis. It is is useful in treating hemorrhoids and the sensitive perineal area after birth. Other uses are to sooth razor burn and minor scrapes, and to de-puff tired eyes.

Contains 14% alcohol as a natural preservative.
