Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit card or debit card (via Paypal or Stripe), by bank deposit or by Laybuy. You will be given of choice at checkout. 

Shipping

We post to New Zealand, Australia, United States, United Kingdom and Canada. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket. Delivery is free on orders over $100. You will be sent an email with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched. Shipping is usually the next working day by New Zealand Post and you should receive your items within 3 working days (New Zealand) and 7 working days (overseas). If you haven't received you order within this time, please contact us and we will trace the order immediately.

How soon do you ship?

Any orders placed before 11.30am will be shipped that day. After that time they will be shipped the next working day.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can, but it needs to be pre-ordered on our website first. When picking up we do not have eftpos facilities, however you can make payment online or by cash on pickup. We are open Monday to Friday 8-12, however we are not a shop, this is just a collection point.

Return and refunds policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or unsatisfactory, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. In this case, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the unused product to us so that we may endeavour to understand and rectify the problem. We will happily provide a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price of the unsatisfactory item/s within 7 days of receiving the item back from you.
