Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit card or debit card (via Paypal or Stripe), by bank deposit or by Laybuy. You will be given the choice at checkout. 

Shipping

At this time we are only posting to New Zealand. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket. Delivery is free on orders over $100 to NZ. You will be sent an email with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched. Shipping is usually the next working day by Poste Haste Couriers or NZ Post and you should receive your items within 3 working days. If you haven't received you order within this time, please contact us and we will trace the order immediately.

How soon do you ship?

Any orders placed before 11.30am will be shipped that day. After that time they will be shipped the next working day.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can, we have a contactless collection point in Ellerslie Town Centre. Once payment has been received, we will forward details on pickup. Items ordered during the day are usually ready for pickup after 5pm. Items ordered after this time and before 7am the next morning will be available from 8.30am.

Return and refunds policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or unsatisfactory, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. In this case, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the unused product to us so that we may endeavour to understand and rectify the problem. We will happily provide a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price of the unsatisfactory item/s within 7 days of receiving the item back from you.
